Thank you all for your continued prayers for Vivian. We've spent countless hours trying to keep her comfortable throughout this battle with reflux and digestive issues.
Vivian saw a new pediatrician last week for a second opinion. Our regular pediatrician is great, but Rodney & I wanted a new set of eyes and opinions on what was bothering our baby. Dr. S. was incredible. She ordered Xrays to rule out bowel obstruction (which was all clear!) and she made some suggestions on what we can do to alleviate Vivian's reflux & bowel issues.
Since then, Vivian's reflux issues have almost disappeared...sudden relief before we had a chance to implement the suggestions (for the reflux). The only explanation I can come up with is that all of the prayers being said for her worked. God healed her reflux. Amazing! It's funny that Rodney & I felt so shocked by the immediate change. We know that God has the power to heal, but when you see it firsthand it is an awesome feeling. I think the shock was how quickly prayers were answered. Pretty incredible!
