My "baby" is SEVEN today...I can hardly believe it. I am feeling a bit nostalgic wondering how it could really be seven years ago that I was in labor and didn't even know it (how DID I ever make it to almost 7 cm without an epidural?!?!?). How could it be seven years ago that R's mom was waiting for my mom at the corner of Gaston in front of Baylor to hurry upstairs to hug me just minutes before AB was born?!
AB is such a joy and becoming more of a young lady every day. I've tried to teach the girls "pretty is as pretty does"...what NoNo taught me. I see AB's outer beauty and then witness her kindness (most of the time...at least when she's not fighting with C) and I smile. She really DOES listen to me (for now anyway!)
