After an extended stay in Dallas, the girls and I are finally home. It was such fun being back in our old stomping grounds, but I have to say that it's even better to be back home with R. The girls and I enjoyed so many experiences on our little vacation. Most of them were traditions, but we added a few new ones this trip that will probably be requested on our return to Dallas.
A quick list...
Restaurants: Mi Cocina, Tin Star, Purple Cow, Bangkok City, Campisi's, Celebrity, Snuffer's
Malls: Northpark, Stonebriar, the new lakefront shopping center in Rockwall, and did I already say Northpark? ;-)
Fun things: the carousel at Stonebriar, the soft playground at Stonebriar, the ducks at Northpark, giant chocolate chip cookies & zucchini bread from Neiman's, Build a Bear, makeovers at Club Libby Lu, cookies from Celebrity, playing outside at Aunt Rachel/Uncle Adam's house
It looks like all we did in Dallas was shop and eat! Can you tell what we're deprived of by living in B/CS?!
